Haier India Deep Freezer — Fridge Services not being attended

I have purchased Haier Double Door fridge in 2016 and if is under compressor warranty. Recently it stopped cooling and have raised a complain. The technician showed up after multiple reminder and informed the gas needs to be refilled. Again the same issue and next time he changed the condenser. This did not solve the problem and 3rd SR was raised snd now hd is saying this needs to be taken to store. I hane been following for the pickup for 10 days and they are not showing up and gives one or other excuse. I feel like being helpless and are on their mercy to turn up one day. These people or team dont understand the Customer pain. I have a joint family with senior citizens and even small kids and end up wasting things as they cannot ne stored.
