Haier India Deep Freezer — Haier Fridge door faulty. Had been complaining about it from couple years

I bought the Haier fridge on june 2019. After some months itself i complained about it door making sound and technician told its the lock issue and solved it temporarily, after some months the issue came again and technician told its normal issue and done some repair(put a washer) and temporarily resolved issue. This time i had to pay for technician visit charges as warranty expired. In Corona no technicians were coming but issue was there. Now the whole door fell down and iam told to replace the door costing near about 8500. My fridge door had some issues from start which should have been attended at the start itself and replacement should be done by Haier.
