I had requested for service on 2nd JAN and technician had visited and told me there is a board problem and charged 600/- for visiting technician.
I have requested to replace board for my washing machine but that has to place the order by ongole agent guy.
10th Jan, i have inquired about my order, she told order has been placed.
17th jan, my order still not yet received and awaiting update.
24th JAN, she told i haven't given 600/- for visiting charge because of that she didn't place the order.
could you kindly take complaint against on ongole agent because of her negligence 22 days waiting period even though not placed my order.
