Our washing machine went out of order on about 1st Feb 2017 and we lodged a complaint on 2 Feb 1, 2017. The machine was examined by the company serviceman on 6 Feb 2017. It was taken away for repairs 3 days later on 9 Feb 2017. Today is the 24th Feb and the repaired (as they so claim)machine has still been undelivered!! Today the reason given is that the delivery man cannot deliver it!!
They have been talking to us virtually daily after we have contacted them, and have been pushing the date of repairs forward by a day or two. We were out of town on 22 Feb 2017, and they were ready to deliver it yesterday apparently. When contacted today morning they promised to deliver it by 4 pm. At 6.30 pm I contacted Mr Kazi in your centre and he told me that delivery is not possible today. He was rude enough to cut my phone off midway in my talk.
The after sales service is rather deplorable. Moreover, I fail to understand why the machine has been carted away. My previous washing machine was repaired at home(change of drum) and countless other acquaintances have had the same experience.
