Haier India Deep Freezer — haier led tv - display problem

I registered complained for TV display, the Customer Care told me it will be done within 72 hours.

Technician visited checked the problem but was unable to resolve the same as some part need to be replaced.

Yes i agree it takes time to get the part but at least should have curtsy to tell the customer how long will it will. its been 10 days now no show.

Tried calling head, the replies are technician phone not reachable, i will check with our engineering team. at least inform the customer on time.

I request kindly look into this matter ASAP. I have been facing this problem since we have bought Haier TV. We have replaced the same part thrice now.

Very Slow service i must say!! Very Disappointed.

We bought the fridge in Nov, '17 since then the water dripping on things in fridge and there is leakage outside the fridge too.
The after sales service guy visited us but wasn't able to rectify the issue.
We are quiet dissatisfied with our Haier Fridge purchase, would appreciate if you can look into the issue on priority and resolve.
