Haier India Deep Freezer — haier single door refrigerator creates a pool of water everyday

Purchased a haier single door refrigerator in april since then its 3rd time am complaining. The fridge always is filled with water droplets. And even after defreezing it doesn't work. It just creates a pool of water around the fridge everyday and the worst thing is i have to unscrew the water collector and clean it. More of cleaning than freezing in this box not a refrigerator. I want to return it and want my money back. I just need to get rid of this so called refrigerator. A person from the company came but in vain. None of my problems are resolved.
