My tv was taken for repair first since it was going off while working they repaired it and bought it but it did not work again they took it kept for 9 months repaired it yet it was not working so they told me they would replace it only we had to pay some cash so i was ok with it nowafter all this months they kept me without tv n in fals hope's of replacement n finally they r telling me they are not giving me a replacement n paying me 5k i bought the tv for 45k used it fr 2years one year they only repaired it n finally they are paying me 5k why? I called the haier mechanics and also the manager to know the reason y? So they answered me saying the company does not have the part so is it my fault? The company has no parts and they cant repair it. So replace it and give me a new tv i have payed 45k for it and its my hard earned one months salary dnt do injustice to me at least give me a new tv Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is inform that 6th September 2017, I complain through call center and SR number is K[protected] and till not resolved.I got a number from call center[protected]they are not received.Can you please what should I do?
