This is to bring to your urgent notice that we have been waiting since last two weeks for the replacement of a electrical component of our haier washing machine after being promised a replacement within 3-4 days. The pcb falls under warranty as it has been replaced on 14/6/2016 (Can send you a scanned attachment on request). The engineer with cell no. [protected] (Mr. Nitin abole) had replaced it on 14th june and he promised to replace it again in 3-4 days, which is 2 weeks back. I called support and services (For complaint no. Pu[protected]) and i am still awaiting action. His supervisor mr sadanand bhosale has not picked up phone or returned sms for the last 3 days. It is unfortunate that a company so trusted on its quality and service fails when it comes to timely delivery of services in pune. Let us not disappoint each other in times when customer support ranks high on trust and votes. Kindly do the needful asap.. Apratim chatterji. Phone: [protected].
