Means?
How fool do you make the CUSTOMER, on morning 7th april my haier window AC stops cooling then i mailed you around 5AM for non cooling AC. and also complaint on CUSTOMER care executive for visit. So, the technician had come in evening at 7PM and they said that mam there is capacitor problem your capacitor has weak. I told them okay no issue please change it as soon as possible because itâs urgent. They said today will not possible but we will change tomorrow morning.
And the next day 8th april in noon 2 new technician came to my home and they were fitting local capacitor in my new window AC I asked him for a capacitor look then i ask them where is that capacitor logo? They said mam logo not comes in capacitor now a days.
Means what?? Am I ###?? They guys thought that CUSTOMER would not have the knowledge of local or original parts?
Then i told them no this is local capacitor. Then he called to dealer and speak with him outside on call. And after 5 minutes he came and said that mam compressor also damaged in it.
Means??there is my new AC I purchased in October and now i use in this summer and how is it possible to damaged things so early??
It means they guys are making fool to CUSTOMERs right? If I didnât ask for capacitor logo then there was not mistake with compressor?
And i also CALL TO dealer about they fitted local capacitor. Guess?what did he said to me? He said sir no issue if again your capacitor will damage i will change again now you just get done.
Waoh!!.Nice to meet with haier company Products first time.
Very worst experience with AC, technicians and dealer also.
