Haier India Deep Freezer — new air conditioner free service denied

On 8th july, 2017 i raised the request for first free servicing of my 2 new haier acs which i purchased in march 2017. Sr# gu[protected] and gu[protected]
I received sms that the requests were cancelled as the bill is not available.
I called the customer care again and raised the requests again informing that i have the bill with me. I was also provided the contact number of mr. Zahir ([protected]) whom i tried to contact but his number was switched off. Anyways i thought my service requests have been raised so it will be attended soon.

On july 14 after waiting for six days i received the message again that my srs have been cancelled as bill is not available and that too without anyone from haier contacting me or checking with me if i have the bill or not
I tried calling mr. Zahir again on the number [protected] but again it was switched off.
I called haier helpline again and i was informed that the requests were cancelled due to unavailability of bill and the support representative was once again asking me to contact mr. Zahir as he only had cancelled my service requests.
I asked for an escalation towards this person as he unnecessarily and unprofessionally had cancelled my service requests multiple times now without even trying to contact me while he himself was being unavailable but your support was not able to help and only asked me to write about this matter to customer support email address.
I requested to raise two more requests for the same first free service of my two new acs with following sr# gu[protected] and gu[protected]
On 18th july i again received the messages that these service requests have been cancelled stating the same reason that "bill for haier product is not available".

From haier india i really want an explanation/answer for following:

Why my requests were being cancelled and who authorized this person named zahir to cancel my requests again and again without even contacting me and this is nothing less than harassment of the customers who showed faith in haier as a brand and purchased it's products.

Please let me know what action haier india will take against this unprofessional person and also what will haier do to ensure this is not repeated.
Also please can you ensure that the servicing of both the acs are provided asap as i am now tired of calling haier customer support.
