Haier India Deep Freezer — new air conditioner unit but no cooling effect

We are very much sorry to inform you that the haier 1.5 tonnes split ac unit purchased bearing model no. 19tfw3c on 20-5-17 at sonovision, vinodha theater, vijayawada with the bill no is se-3035 dt[protected] for the office purpose is not working properly. There is no cooling effect from the 7th day of purchase. We have registered a complaint regarding the above problem through the toll free number [protected] several times. But it came into progress after one and half month. There is no proper immediate response. After several requests, the concerned office person sirisha (Mobile number [protected]) has sent the service person named sri radha krishna. He attended the complaint and noticed that the compressor is not working. So, they informed to the head office that the compressor may be replaced. The compressor was not ordered immediately and they took nearly 20 days time and after we persued they replied that due to gst it was delayed. After 20 days, they brought a new compressor and after several attempts for 5hrs said that, it is bearing other serial no. Which is different to the existing model no. Of the out door unit. Then, they failed to connect the compressor and sent to the service center of haier. After repair, the unit was assembled in this office. We observed that, there is no proper cooling effect and the out door unit is making much noise. We have a number of ac units of different companies in the office but only this unit is making such noise. We have asked the technician regarding this and he informed that the haier company out door units make much noise it seems. The temperature though set to 16 deg it seems to be at 23deg. The response is not at all fare and effective from the technicians and office head concerned. The technicians demanded money by telling all non-sense issues. We hope the unit may be replaced after cross checking with the technicians report. We are very much worried about that and kindly notice that the new piece when purchased without leaving warranty period, no no atleast 2 months from the purchased date, if not working equal to a second hand one even, what to do? Our amount is wasted and the necessity is not fulfilled. Kindly reply with a positive feed back. The company is responsible for every thing.

There is no response for the complaint posted on 31st july till now. The sound problem for the out door unit is still existing. solve the problem. one technician came for attending the complaint and has recorded the sound in the mobile as a video and asked for the code that will be given only when the issue is resolved. Now still the issue is pending with the complaint.
