New fridge purchased from value plus mahanagar lucknow is not working properly. Docno svmngst[protected] dated 03/06/2019. We complaint at the service centre. They immediately attended the complaint. But they could not rectify this problem. We then complained at the value plus managar. Same technician was sent and the problem remained. However their another technician came after a day and he tried to do his best. But the problem persisted. I think that fridge has to be replaced with new one. We request the concerned authorities that this complaint should be resolved immediately. Haier Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 21, 2019 Updated by Amarkrishna Since there is no response from the company, we suffered a lot, our very purpose of purchasing the refrigerator has already been defeated . .
