Dear Sir, We have purchase new Haier refrigerator Model No:HRD1955PWG-E, CAPACITY 195 Ltr Dated:[protected] from Mass Marketing, Asansol, Dist : Burdwan, West Bengal one of your Distributor. From starting to till date we are facing problems( Water leakage form back side, Body having dent signage, inside also water leakage). We continuously taking the matter/problem with Distributor ( Mass Marketing, Asansol, West Bengal).15/20 times service person comes but they not able to resolve the issue. We are facing a lot of problems.Request you to pls look into the matter on urgent basis. Bill attached below.
