Haier India Deep Freezer — Not resolving complaint and delay in service

On 13th September 2022 my Haier refrigerator door broke, I contacted at toll free number of haier to get a replacement as this seemed a company manufacturing defect but the said it wont come under warranty so i asked them to anyways deliver a new door which i agreed to pay for, today is 3rd October and they brought a new door after multiple follow ups and complaints the new door is of different colour and model which they are asking me to install because the company does not have the the same product now as said by the technician, i denied and asked for same door. It has been 20days and without refrigerator we are facing major inconvenience. Help us out
