Haier India Deep Freezer — Pathetic Service | |||
Hi, I am a disappointed owner of a Haier TV which we bought roughly a year ago model number L24F6.The TV suddenly turned off and didn't start we lodged a complaint(PU[protected])on 1/04/2017, also called several times but didn't get any response .Finally after a long struggle to get a response from Haier, a technician visited and fixed it .The TV worked for like 15 minutes and broke down again.The service person said he needs a different part and will bring it the next day.It's 7/04/2014, till today the technician has not returned .We have spoken to the service guy and several other seniors but they are not doing anything.How long does it take to get a part ?And this is not the very first time, we have experienced such poor service before .The call center, service and the seniors are non-responsive.They don't care how urgent it is .Very rude, arrogant no customer service skills.Till today the TV is in the same condition.Honestly I have no hope that it will be repaired anytime soon.Please look into this matter asap.
