Haier India Deep Freezer — Refrigerator not cooling from purchase and poor customer care | |
I have purchsed a Haier Refrigerator from Eham Digital on 7th April 2017, ( Invoice No. 335 CTW[protected] the refrigerator was delivered on 3.30 PM and I have switched on the same at 8 PM, from the beginning itself i felt the noise level is high and has reported a complaint with Haier on 8th morning complaint No. CO[protected], from 10th onwards i have observed that the fridge is continuously running and it is not cooling at all. i keep insulin etc. in refrigerator and i am in deep trouble. this is not accepted from a reputed company like Haier. request for immediate replacement of refrigerator. i have worked for 40 years in Quality audit and iam aware of the quality standards what we follow, to have a zero defect product, and i hope you may be following the same. in addition to that poor customer response is another issue. Request for immediate replacement of the product. Brief complaints:- 1. No cooling right from purchase day 2. high noise level( Which has reduced now) 3. Continuous running of compressor 4. Problem was identified by technician, defrost was not working due to loose connection in refrigerator, refrigerator was replaced by Eham digital, appreciate Eham digital for the prompt service, and also Mr. Siji Philip for deploying technician so promptly.
