Haier India Deep Freezer — Regarding very poor customer care service | |||
I had purchase your company a/c having, trust that haier company products are trouble free, and good in performance. But after purchase and after installation after one month i facing problem regarding water droplets comes in side frequently. I complaint to your customer care number . After complaint, one call comes from your aligarh service centre after one or two days. And they assure me that they send the technician . But no one comes . After two or three days again one call receive, he assure to come but he dont. Again i complaint to customer care . And again after two days call comes, and they assure me to come and finally he comes . After checking he says that your ac filter get dusted, that's why the water comes . I shocked that within three months the filter get dusted in spite the air purifier also use nonstop in my office.. But as your technician says i believe on him . After cleaning the filter he says that now ac is ok .When i check i found that the swap flap not working properly . Firstly your technician says that it is working as it works now. But when i not accept it he pulled out flap and refit it, now the problem increases more and the flap not properly shut. He fit and refit many times but the condition goes worst . Latter he says that i will change the swap motor . And he leave the place. Without informing how much time it takes to replace. I say that i have no problem in my swap flap, why u pulled out .He had no answer. Now the question who will take out the responsibility of it in future. Also my problem for which i lodge the complaint, the problem as it is . I whats app to your technician regarding this also. Kindly reply as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
