A complaint was regd on 5 May 17 by Mr R Tiwari by his regd mobile number [protected]. Against a noisy machine while it was in use. Technician came home and told that the machine needs to be taken to service centre. Accordingly it was sent. After 15 days it came back duly repaired. However when it was used a leakage of water was detected and also detergent was not getting consumed. Despite number of calls regarding the same no one has attended to the issue.
