Haier India Deep Freezer — Replacement | |||
We purchased Haier 55 inches TV from sathya showroom from kelembakkam on 7th April 2018 with 3 years warranty. Past few weeks there's some issues with the TV showing some lines on top of the screen and also a slight colour change then I tried calling customer care to book a complaint on 5th April 2021 but the problem is the call was getting disconnected in a half a way while I was talking and it happened frequently 2 to 3 times and they don't even care to give me a call back and one who attended the call said that there is some server problem, you can also check the call records. After that I informed the showroom and they booked the complaint on 9th. Now the technician is saying that there is a problem with panel and i need to spend money of rs30, 000 as my product is out of warranty. My concern is why should i need to pay after i tried reaching you too many times from 5th April 2021as it was in the warranty period.Really frustrated, I never thought that the quality of Haier TV would be this so bad that within 3years I will be in a position to replace it with panel issues. And never ever expected this kind of ridiculous response getting from Haier TV service team.
