Haier India Deep Freezer — replacement not received even after confirmation | |||
I purchased a washing machine in march, 2017. Submitted a complaint SR BA[protected] which was closed even after repair work was not done (washing drum damaged as told by technician) and then they give me one of the dealers number of Haier washing machine (Mr. Bala). He asked me to submit new complain SR BA[protected] for replacement of the machine. It's been more than 1 month and I haven't receive any satisfactory reply. This is very poor response from company side. Now i am not able to use the machine and not getting any solution of it. Was this information helpful? | |||
