Haier India Deep Freezer — replacement of haier 40 inch led tv | |
My replacement for led tv got approved on 6th november 2017 i. E one month ago. It had display issue. But till date nor have i got my led replaced, nor any update on the replacement. For the last two months there is no tv at my home. Customer care provided me with my area branch manager phone no. (Royal services). But he is either disconnecting the call or not receiving it. Which international brand does this with their customer? As per my experience the company is least bothered about the consumers. No reply on mails too. Really disappointed with haier, this was the first time i had purchased a haier product and now i am regretting it. Was this information helpful? | |
