Haier India Deep Freezer — sound issue in replace led

Purchased le32m600 on 24 nov 2013 with 5 yr warranty. Replaced due to panel issue with le32b9000 without my testing and handed over to me via transport. Also it was missing some feature compare to earlier one. I am disappointed. Next day after delivery i called for this issue but they said it will be charged. You tell, was it my fault? Please help.
