Haier India Deep Freezer — Submitting complaint against wrongly sone service of my fridge and still the issue not resolved and Rs. 6000 charged.

I complained about non functioning of my Haier fridge model no. AFD631CS. The fridging cooling stopped working.
From you service team Mr. Azad Ali came o 18th Dec 2020 and checked the fridge and declared that pcba is not working. Need to replace the pcba. I agreed upon there inspection and confirmed them to replace the same. Today on 20th December 2020. Mr. Nandlal arya come in my home with the PCBA. And replaced it.

I told him him to check the compressor air too while he was replacing the pcba. But he didn't understand the issue and told me that only pcba replacement will do start the cooling and fridging function. And he replaced the pcba. And make the bill of Rs. 6000. I told him to wait for atleast 10 to 15 minutes to check and confirm the cooling and fridging function. But he was in a rush to ran away from the suitation. And he walked away without confirming that the fridge start working properly. Even after paying Rs. 6018 as confirmed by your service team. And now still My fridge is not working. Display is on but the problem remain same. It means changing the pcba is just a luck factor to check whether this is working or not. Simply saying according to me. You made a fool of a customer by checking your issues either it is working or not and then replaced the pcba. If this was the issue which has to be considered for repairing then it is OK. But after changing the pcba. Still the issue remains. It means your service executive is not experienced to do so. It is totally a test of him to see whether all of the executive who visited to my home for checking and repairing the issues are just trainees. And now still the problem is not resolved by taking the money also. And now after doing so many follow up still your executive is not responding to me. Not even picking up my call. I complained in customer care no. Also. And they shared Mr. Sanjay Saini mobile no. I called Mr. Sanjay Saini too. He took my address and mobile no. Also. But there is no result and update for repairing of my fridge.

I don't want to but forcing to take this case into legal consumer court for harassing customer unnecessarily. I unable to accept this type of behaviour with this big brand. Its my mistake to bought product from Haier.
