Created a ticket on the same last month, a technician came but the issue was not resolved. It was a issue with my refrigerator, s door, a part of its keep open. Technician went back informing me thati will get a repair within two weeks and i waited much enough but didn't get any call even. I waited so long because i am aware of this pandemic situvation. But last week i found that the ticket was closed without any confirmation from my side, so i raised another ticket and its been another four days, no responded for service team.
My warranty will expair in a week, i really afraid they are purposefully delaying this more than a month. Was this information helpful? |
