I had raised complaint to change drainage pipe and water inlet pipe for my top load washing machine. I had noticed water leakage for 2 weeks but it was not so much that i could not run the machine. The technician came and changed both the pipes. However he barely ran the machine for 5 mins and said the issue is resolved. When i ran the machine for full 45 minute cycle the water leakage was way worse than before. So i called the technician back. He kept avoiding the calls, made us wait for 2 days and he never turned up. I raised complaint again from toll free number, called the technician and service center directly, but to no avail. Then i mysel[censored]sed the glue and fixed the water drainage issue. Within 10 days, the water inlet pipe is now loose and water spurts out from the tap instead of going in the machine.
Neither of the issue has been fixed properly and the call center number has been most useless in handling or resolving my issues. The technician is dumb as a door knob and doesn't know how to fix the issue.
If the customer themselves have to fix their machine why to have a service team altogether. Such a pathetic after service from haeir makes us think before we purchse any new product. Was this information helpful? |
