Haier India Pvt Ltd — Poor Service , Poor Product and Unethical Behaviour

We had Purchased a Haier India's AC . From the Date of Purchase It is not Functioning Properly. Every Time we Lodged a Complaint for Service of our AC, and there Engineer without even Visiting us update the Staus of our Complaint that our Complaint has been resolved . HAIER INDIA AND ITS PEOPLE DID IT EVERY TIME WHENEVER WE RESGISTERED A COMPLAINT. After Getting the Message from Haier India taht your complaint has been resolved, I contacted Its customer service, they said - YOU NEED TO REGITER A NEW COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. And Moreover, Its Product are so much or poor Quality that I recomment nobodu Should Buy HAIER INDIA's PRODUCT. Whenevr their engineer visit us for servicing, I even Doubt that wheather he is qualified enough to solve the prolme of AC because our problem did not get solved from past 2 yrs. THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER. When we tried contacting their Service centre Manager Mr. Krishan ( contact no [protected] ), He always misbehaves and when i said that i will Register a consumer complaint against you then he said "Do whatever you want to do, Nobody can do anything with me" . This time we also Tried Contacting there Area Mananger, Mr. Sumit ( Contact no [protected]) He also Keep on saying the Same thing. I want To register following Complaints Against Haier India Pvt Ltd : 1. That they given us faulty product and just because of that, there AC is not working properly from past 2 yrs. 2/ ALso They Misbehaves with the Customer and did not respond to there complaints. 3. There services are very poor as they are not able to resolve the AC's Issue and Didnot even provide a stable solution from past 2 yrs.
