My microwave failed within the warranty period. A complaint was lodged 0n 17.02.2022 and it was determined that the switch/timer needed replacement.
I am a senior citizen and a microwave is essential to my needs. This was explained to the Haier staff who were indifferent to my fervent reqest to an urgent resolution of my problem. Nothing has been done to date.
