[Resolved] Haier Mobiles — Smart phone under warranty lying with service center since one month | |||
I had purchased Haier E619 mobile in Jan 15. On 26 Jul 15 suddenly the mobile set became dead & not getting on. I deposited the Mobile in Haier service center (Cell Tech, Egmore, Chennai) vide their work order no HA15A[protected] dated 28 Jul 15. The set is lying there since then. I was told that parts are not available & nobody is giving any information as to when it will get repaired or replaced. Even phone calls are not picked up/responded by service center or Haier cutomer care number. If they can not repair the set they should replace it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its very bad service by Haier service center M/S Cell Tech Egmore, Chennai. Firstly they will not pick up the calls. even if they pick up they will speak only in in Tamil. Secondly no concrete answer as to when my mobile will be repaired or replaced. Its HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HAIER CUSTOMER CARE IS MUCH MORE WORST. They will also not pick up calls & even if picked up no clear answers that also in Tamil only. Now what do we do. VERY VERY BAD HAIER MOBILES...
