Haier — Noise problem

I have book complain in your costomer care in 29 may 2014 about washing machine noise problem. But after 2 months my problem are not solved. If you are not solved me problem then i will compliand in consumer court. So that is your last chance to solved my problem. My complaind number is gu[protected].
