Haier — Non functionality of fridge

Dear sir, with ref to my email on 5 sept 2015 and subsequent reply on 7 sept 15 nothing has been done to repair my refrigerator, i was informed on 7th that compressor and pcb has to replaced and till today compressor has reached noida office and pcb is in transit since 10th sept from new delhi, how long will it take to repair my refrigerator, ia m in agony since last 3 weeks pl help me.i request that some sr person should intervene in this matter and instruct to repair my refrigereator.
