[Resolved] Haier — not providing replace meant at warranty period poor service | |||
sir, i have a haier deep freeze which is in warranty period, but was facing some cooling problem from last 1 month, i lodge a complain (request noGW[protected]) and service man visit my place and he found my compressor of the deep freeze was not working.This was happen 20 days ago from 2day(3/6/2014), but still no one from haier replace my compressor yet, when i call local service center they told me compressor is not in stock in their service center and it takes minimum 15 days to arrive my compressor from kolkata. WHY 15 days!!! its only 12 hour by train to kolkata, evryday 5 to 10 train regularly run btwn kolkata and assam. I am an small business man, doing business by selling sweets, evryday i am facing a hug loss beacause of HAIER. i decided no lodge complain in consumer form, if company dont have proper stock in our region, then why they sell their product in Assam.After e-mailing to heigther authority no response i recive from HAIER. i call their call center my request id is changed evrytime, evrytime service center cancel my old request and loage new request to protect their policy. debasish das [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

After 23 days haier replace my freez...because of them i suffer hug loss...i wish they will make their service...more faster and more better...in future...nd they should make parts avaible at their service center Haier Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
