I bought a microwave 6 months back and within a month, it stopped working - the service agent kept delaying it and despite of following up, he never came - I think they intentionally are delaying it so that it is the product gets out of warranty period and then they can charge for the services.
1. This is the kind of product they sell which doesn't even last a month
2. Their customer service can be so laid back that customers are suffering yet they don't prioritise
