Haier — Regarding 40 inch tv service under the comprehensive warranty

Hi[protected] had been raised to repair the product under the comprehensive warranty period.
After visiting the product for the service, the service guy said that the estimation sheet would have sent to the customer email id ([protected]@yahoo.com) for the approval to take the service into consideration. Till
Now there is no such report produced to the customer, but simply the request has been cancelled with the reason of refused to pay service cost. Could you please send the detailed report of service cost under the warranty period?

Customer satisfaction is not there because of this kind of service provided from this organization.
