After visiting the product for the service, the service guy said that the estimation sheet would have sent to the customer email id ([protected]@yahoo.com) for the approval to take the service into consideration. Till
Now there is no such report produced to the customer, but simply the request has been cancelled with the reason of refused to pay service cost. Could you please send the detailed report of service cost under the warranty period?
