Haier — Regarding your rude and irresponsible behaviour of your customer executive dileep and charging extra fee by service installation person kadam | |||||
Am writing this just to ask this is how u guys treat your customer.? Your installation person kadam from mysore, karnataka asks pay the extra amount or else return haier geezer I don't have any concern about it and to complaint this I called to your customer service centre and there a guy called dileep teaching me how to speak instead of taking my complaint..in my entire family v r using about 10 haier products n in few weeks v also planned to buy your I am damn sure I won't recommend any of my friends n family to buy your because of your behaviour..first ask your employees how to behave with the customer... 1) Your technician charged me Rs.340 even though your customer care person told me Rs.280. for REFRIGERATOR.
2) He forced me to buy other than haier spare part what he has with him telling me that both spare parts are the same but company charged for their brand.
3) He replaced three spare parts but not given me haier companies original bill he gave his bill.
4) I am damm sure that he has charged me extra money on your spare part also.
5) Tell us how & why we keep faith in you.
6) Write now i don't have bill with me but i will add image of bill & send you.
