Sunil Rishi: Hi, Sonam, I have purchase a 225 single door refrigerator on 20/07/2014 and it is not working from day 1, I want a replacement for the same but no one is helping me here in Meerut at your service centre Sonam: Please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience caused to you Sonam: May i know have you register any complaint regarding the same ? Sunil Rishi: yes Sonam: Could you help me with your registered contact number /Complaint Number . Sunil Rishi: it may be from [protected] because your service centre in meerut is always contacting on this number Sonam: Alright Sir Sonam: Please be online while i check Sunil Rishi: o.k Sonam: Thank you Sonam: As i am able to check your Complaint Status, its in part pending, Sonam: Some parts needs to be replaced which is not available right now in the stock, that's the reason its talking some time Sunil Rishi: why part pending I do not want it to be repaired I want only replacement as it is not working from day 1 Sonam: I understand your Concern Sonam: I am forwarding your complaint and feedback to the Concern authority and get resolved as soon as possible . Sunil Rishi: If you are in my place whether you can purchase a repaired thing at price of new one ! Sonam: I understand your Concern that 's the reason i have mention that you want replacement and forwarded to the concern team Sonam: you will definitely get response as soon as possible Sunil Rishi: O.K. Sonam: Sure, Please be online Sonam: Sir, As i am able to check your last compliant has been closed, its mention that issue was resolved Sunil Rishi: One person Mr.Vipin Kumar came on Saturday and inspite of our reservation he filled gas and replace freezer but out refrigerator is still not working and now service centre persons in meerut not even ready to listen us what to do, whether we have to go somewhere elese to get the replacement ot what ? Sonam: And yesterday on 3rd August, Your complaint has been registered again regarding the same issue Sonam: Please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience caused to you Sunil Rishi: so what it was not resolved I am unable to understand why you people are insisting to accept the defected piece Sonam: As i am able to check your complaint status, the appointment date is of today, So i request you to please wait for today, You will get a response from service team Sunil Rishi: you mean to say that I have to accept this defected piece against my hard earned money ! Sonam: Sir, i request you to please contact Mr Rajeev Sharma : [protected] Sonam: He is Service In Charge Sonam: I am sorry Sir but i can't commit you for replacement Sonam: I have already forwarded your complaint to the Team Sunil Rishi: It means all which is written by consumers on web regarding quality and service of Haier is right Sonam: Sir, We are providing good services to our customers Sunil Rishi: What a service ! first sell a defected piece and after that consumer if knocking your doors daily Sonam: But As you said that product is defective, I request you to contact Mr Rajeev Sunil Rishi: O.K.
