Haier — Washing Machine not repaired since the last 2 weeks.

I registered a complaint on 05/06/2015 for replacing drain hose of my washing machine. I just received a call once from a technician stating that the part was not available on 06/06/2015 (Saturday). Its now been almost 2 weeks and there is not progress on my complaint. It is very frustrating that a company like Haier cannot resolve a drain hose issue. I feel that I have been cheated into buying its product whose after sales service is so rotten.
