Haier — Worst service ever | |||
Respected sir, I am Dr Indeevar V Mishra. I had purchased a 170 litre Haier refrigerator on 24th of DEC 2013. Upon delivery the refrigerator worked fine for 2 hours and the it overheated and stopped working. Upon complaining the service person prompted attended and informed me that the compressor had overheated and had burnt up. I demanded a replacement from the shop owners who at that time did not have a spare piece, provided me with a 180 litre model. The model worked fine for 4 months. I recently shifted my residence so i transported my model with utmost care. The total distance was only 2 kms and the refrigerator did not suffer any damages. Upon installation the compressor kept overheating and swtiching or tripping every 2 hours. I complained to the local authorities as well as the official customer care. The complaint number is CH[protected]. The service person took 5 days to come to my house to check the problem. I made repeated calls to the person. The service personnel kept on making promises but never turned up on time. I am an ophthalmologist and kept on postponing my appointments for the OPD and operations causing a great distress to my patients. Upon arrival he informed me that the compressor needs to be replaced and an order has to be placed. Its been 6 days since and i have been informed by the local service person that the replacement has arrived but the concerned person has failed to turn up. Because of their repeated promises to turn up at various times of the day i cancelled my appointments and rescheduled my operations. I am feeling greatly distressed and i am fed up of begging that person to turn up at my house. I have kept a recordings of all the calls to prove my point. I have purchased a HAIER product for the first time and i regret to inform you that i will not be going with any more products in the future. The service which has been provided to me has been sub standard. Please relieve me of my troubles. Arrange a pick up. I dont want any replacements. I dont want the refrigerator either.
