Replicated below are the contents of email complaint sent to M/s Haldiram : To: [protected]@haldiram.com; mco.[protected]@haldiram.com; [protected]@cal.vsnl.net.in I today(05/12/2014) purchased a Haldiram Classic Indian Soan Papdi (Premium) 500 gm pack. On the pack: Mfg Date 02/SEP/2014 Batch No. A manufactured at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. B-1, Sector-63, Noida -201309, U.P.(India).The soan papdi in it is excessively sweet and gives an impression as if I am eating plain sugar instead of premium desi ghee soan papdi which once used to be served by Haldiram.It is requested to kindly improve the quality and taste that Haldiram used to earlier serve or do not serve such preparations under the premium desi ghee preparations at a premium price.     I am bring to attention, one of the shop in Tolworth are selling, which is not in the list in the company, How this shop is sailing the product Haldiram Rashmali I brought you Halidiram Rashmalai from this shop . It is not the Rashmali, it is the product of same as Rashgula, Is it new Rashmali, we have never seen it before, looks like Rosgula, foul smelling, When we have eaten, it caused stomach and diarrhoea, and when I took it to the seller he said he does not know about the product, He refused to take it back, and Does not bother about the product, He said he want to sale the product only [protected]@hotmail.com

      When I opened the pack of "ALL IN ONE" I found a "feather" . I am currently in South Korea and your brand is my best snack here but was disappointed to see such error in the product. The Detail of the Product is; Product Name : ALL IN ONE B. No. 14Y-230 Packed on : 16 May 2014 Best Before : 15 May 2015 Trade Mark:[protected] I really don't want to see such things in any of your product so please look into the matter and properly implement the GMP and cGMP.

        I live in Mumbai and a regular user of Haldiram Bhujia. I buy it from D-Mart, Kolshet, Thane. I bought a bhujia packet from a store in Delhi, which has very poor taste. It seems it is not original. I want explanation whether you supply differt products in different part of country. I travelled to Germany with this poor product and being embarassed as it was planned to offer it some of my German friends who loved its taste in past. It is hurting. I need a proper response for the same or I will surely move to consumer court with all possible actions.

        I also got duplicate haldiram bhujia.I have found that there are many stores that are selling duplicate FMCG products.I have got duplicate parle monaco biscuits and duplicate sunfeast mom's magic biscuits.If you look minutely there are packaging and minor printing differences between the original and duplicate products.

          Chikki bar - poor quality ingredients

          I varun chandwani wants to file a complain against HALDIRAM FOODS INERNATIONAL PVT LTD.
          I consumed the CHIKKI bar and fell ill due to poor quality of ingredients used.

          the jaggery and peanut quality used is totally deteriorated. The bar was soft and peanut had moisten out, not one peice but the whole box was defected.

              Dear Sir, I with my family with had visited one of Haldiram Restaurant in Sahara Mall MG Road Grugaon 25th of Dec. My wife's phone was stolen inside restaurant while she was standing in queue to give order. Though CCTV camra was in place but we were not shown any footage saying that it needs password which will come from Head office. Even after waiting for more then 45 mins we were not shown any footage and told that there is some error and footage will be available by evening or dayafter morning.                       I purchased 1 kg Gulabjamun in September 2014 and when I opened the container and just taste it, I found bad smell, and I complained on 1st of October in the given number but no one solved the matter and after 2-3 reminder, still no one call or complain the matter. I don't know Haldiram company don't want to listen or the person who attend the phone don't want listen the matter even one time he told me where you want you can go.

                        Hi. I have visited Haldiram CRM on 21/11/2014 with my family. I had ordered a plate of Chole Bathure and Executive Thali from there menu card. As we all know that Haldiram always charges premium for there food. But I was astonished when I asked for extra serving of Chole and Dal. The person standing at the other side of the counter asked me to contact the manager for extra serving of Chole and Dal. I was amazed that even after paying premium for the food, I have to ask the manager for extra serving. It was not all, when I contacted the store manager, his reply was he cannot do anything for this. This is the company policy and he is following it. I also made a written Complaint and it is more than 12 days that I have not received any sufficient reply from the Haldiram officials. Unsatisfied Customer

                          I was fond of Haldiram's snacks due to its quality and taste. However, I found plastic thread and hair one after another while enjoying Haldiram's Chana Chur family pack. This is pathetic and I lost my hope afterwards from the quality of Haldiram. Attached photos can be referred in this regard.

                            I m a regular visitor of Haldiram, and really appreciates the way it has mantained it's quality. But it's appalling to note that the Haldiram of spice mall, noida has deteriorated in both quality as well as service. On 16 November 2014 I had ordered rava plain dosa and southindian platter, I didn't receive my order for an hour and when I complained to the manager MR SALMAN, he said to give the complaint in written and when I did that and gave my complaint he tore the page and laughed . This is really not expected from a prestigious brand like Haldiram, I won't step into that place ever until this issue is resolved and quality is improved .I hope some strict action is taken against the manager as well as the staff.                                 My order no is 216433. I ordered sweets for diwali which were delivered very late and by the time of delivery they had become spoilt. I complained about the same on 28/10/2014 and was assured that fresh sweets would be delivered by 6/11 or 7/11. But when i called again on 9/11 to check the order status they have now asked me to submit a copy of the invoice and a picture of rotten sweets. How am i expected to keep those rotten sweets for 1 more week after delivery? Why wasn't I asked to submit those when i called them initially on 28/10? Why wasn't a copy of my updated status mailed to me? Still after all this your team hasn't mailed me anything. I would expect some action to be taken asap.

They said it will be deliver by 3rd nov 2014.on 3rd nov 2014 they said your order will despatched today. On 6 nov they said we have forgotten order will be despatched today. But still my order not despatched from company.

                                      I ordered a gift pack from haldirams.com on 22nd October, 2014 to be delivered in CHENNAI on the occasion of DIWALI. According to the shipment policy of the company, the product is delivered in 5-6 working days and today is the 9th working day and the item is still undelivered. The worst part is that nobody even answers the customer care no. Kindly follow up.                                         i bought a haldiram gift pack in which soan papdi, 2 packets of diet snacks. when i eat soan papdi i found nail in soan papdi. hw these product to be deliver with hygiene? is the way that these brand provided there services?? ITS loose there impact.
