I purchased Haldiram Pav from "Bhusari Kirana Store" on Date 14-oct-2013 (at Evening). ( the Expeiry Date is mentioned on packet 15-oct-2013.) when I taste a piece of pav, then taste is too bad, then same day (at night) i go back to Bhusari Kirana Store and i tell him about the taste. then the shop keeper get back the packet. but after 2 days he give me back and he told me the company has not accept it. therefor he return me the packet. the shopkeeper told me due to packet is open the company has not accept it... then i told him " if we do not open this pack then i can i taste it?" then time the shopkeeper has no answer... plz take the proper action...

I visited M/S HALDI RAM shop in FORTIES HOSPITAL /Gurgaon . I purchased lassi along with some other food. paid an amount of rs 745 vide cash memo no 67002 dated 15/10/2013 at 13.20 hrs .The lassi was smelling bad and taste was very bad. I reported the matter with manager, he immediately tell that i am dropping the complete lot of lassi. But this is not fare, since this is a hospital suitable surprise sampling should be done and proper manager should be posted who can explain.

My Baby always drink Haldiram yellow packet milk. But today She drank milk at 8:30 in morning. and after 9:00 she started vomiting for 5 times. i immediately went to the hospital. doctor said that unwanted bacterias was there in milk and gave medicines. so I complain for that so that everyone should take precaution.

I have purchased an badam shake from haldiram noida 2 weeks back.. today i opened it and found the thick part on the top & some liquid part below.. I have also purchased the badam shake from some other brands also .. but never seen that....... what the hell has happend to the quality of haldiramss,, if they are charging good amount of money for the products ... they should also give quality ...... Kindly look into the matter and revert me back asap...

I am using Haldiram products since childhood and it's always been my first choice but had never expected to found 2 soft wood sticks appx. 2 inches in your seal packed " Haldiram's Navrattan" namkeen packet.

This company "Haldiram"needs to be appreciated to have appointed great talents or rather masters who are specially trained on how to fudge the actual manufacturing date "by a year". It's too simple for them. Their packing clearly states the best before date as 6 months from the date of manufacturing. Is it Halidram Snacks or Haldiram "Snakes" ??

When we first saw the date of manufacturing it was Oct '12, but the real secret lay below it after I found their Cookies stale, and moreover when I peeled out this sticker the actual realty came to my notice. There was a sticker with the date as Oct '11. God only knows the real date on when it was actually baked.

Now we all can easily understand how such an useless company with all these fraudsters is so profitable. They actually care a damn and compromise on the health of their customers who blindly trust them with their kids and families. God save us all !!!

So called ISO standards. They should also be held accountable.

Advise : Pl do not risk the health of your family. Stay at home. Eat home made food.

i purchased one haldiram's "nut cracker" and found a long dirty rope that too fried along with the nuts inside packet after eating about half of the snacks.,
Is this what haldiram is selling since 1941 as written on the packet. Is this the level of quality they have acquired over this long period, seriously pathetic..

I have found hard stone like thing in a packet of Haldiram's khatta mitha namkeen.The hard particle has damaged my one of teeth,and due to this clinical repair cost is coming out to be too much.What should I do?

I am from Mumbai, I have purchased sweet from Haldiram canaught place shop Delhi on 04.12.2012 at around 8.30 PM and paid Rs.810.I have confirmed with sales person before purchase about life of sweet and it was told that it will be one week .It was surprised to know when i have opened the box on 05.12.2012 that all the sweet have funguses on it. Hope Owner of Haldiram will give me justice for spending from reputed sweet shop.

I placed an order with Haldirams USA to deliver Diwali Gifts (a pack of sweets that cost $5 in store costs $34 online plus shipping!) to my friend's family in Boston. (Inv. No. [protected]) on Nov. 3rd. After an enquiry email,, I was told that it was delivered and they gave a USPS (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action) tracking no. 9405510200881549652181. This clearly indicates what happened - it was delivered to someone in Arizona instead of Boston; this means 2 things - either the no. above is some random junk or they didn't look up the correct order. Either way it's useless.

After another enquiry, they replied saying the amount was refunded as the order was incorrect - but no refund! The contact ph. no. on their email never gets answered and one can't leave a voice mail since the mail box is full all the time. I'm at a point where I've no idea how to go about this now. How is one supposed to handle this. But unlike I did, I hope ppl. read this ahead of time and realize what they are dealing with and make the right decision.

I am a regular user of Haldiram products for domestic consumption. Recently I purchased two tins of Rasgullahs - 1 kg each, from a Reliance Fresh store in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai for serving to my invited guests. To much of my embarrassment, some of the guests started looking at each other after having just a bite of the Rasgullas. On tasting one myself, I found a very stale and stinking taste which made it very difficult to consume. I had to cut a very sorry figure in front of my guests and had to say sorry to all of them.
For your information, the batch no. of the lot is 12L/180 and the date of packing is July, 2012..
I would like to get a reply and an explanation from the company for marketing such a product.

I took Haldiram Taka-Tak near my home with details BATCH NO: 12P-120 [79] and PACKED ON: 03-09-12. I got petrol smell while eating which i guess must be due to the packet used for packaging. It was really a sad thing which i never expected from Haldiram's food.

Bad Product
I am writing this mail to whomsoever it may concern in order to lodge complaint about a product of Haldiram's that was purchased from Delhi (Pujara Store) Delhi 110092. The product was a container of Haldiram's Rasgulla that was purchased in the beginning of this month and upon opening the packet for consumption, the content inside had a very stale smell. Haldiram's being such a well known brand it was really not expected that the products could be so bad.

I would request necessary action to be taken as this product could have caused health related issues if it was to be consumed.i am writing down the bar code no that is on the pack. Bar Code No. [protected].

On 5th September, 2012, I bought a pack of Halidram Aloo Masala Traditional Chips Net we.140g; Batch No. 1.f.128.C; Mfg Date Sept.12 from Gautam Nagar, New Delhi for my daughter. When she had consumed part of the pack, a hard sharp piece hurt her fingers. When she show to it to me I was shocked to see that it was a piece of glass. She was really lucky that she did not chew that glass piece or else it would have let to serious consequences and possibly threat to her life.

I can not imagine how a reputed Company like Haldiram Snacks (Pvt) ltd can be so callous with regards to quality control and consumer safety. I request to kindly investigate and ascertain how this lapse has happened and give me feedback on steps taken by you to prevent such incidents in future.

Hope you will take this seriously and revert back to me on the action.

i purchase bhujia 200 g 4 packet batch no G09 15:32 best Before 28/2/2013 from metro cash and carry near jalandhar bypass ludhiana . but taste is not good and little stone. i use bhujia since 5 or 7 year first time taste is buk baka . please don't ignore. thankas

I have purchased Nimbu Pudina Peanut from one of the commercial store from Delhi. I was surprised to find a stone inside the packet which was quite big. I had actually put that stone in my mouth along with peanut but I was lucky to analyze that it was not a peanut rather it was stone.
This quality is not expected from you. I was lucky enough to save me teeth, I look forward for some compensation else I would definitely take this matter to the media. This would definitely dilute your brand equity. I would publish this incident in social media so that people are aware of your carelessness. If you want I can surrender you the stone which I found in your packet.

I ,MR.VIPIN BATRA PURCHASED A PACKET OF HALDIRAMS POTATO MASALA .A BIG PIECE OF CONCRETE STONE CAME IN BETWEEN MY TEETH WHILE I WAS HAVING IT,I AM SUFFERING FROM CONTINUOUS TOOTHACHE AND SWELLING IN GUMS BECAUSE OF THE TRAUMA BY STONE PIECE.I VISITED MY DENTIST IN EMERGENCY FOR PAIN, ACCORDING TO HIM IT IS A CASE OF TRAUMA CAUSED BY FOREIGN OBJECT THAT CAME IN BETWEEN THE TEETH WHILE EATING.ALSO HE TOOK A X-RAY AND TOLD THAT A PART OF TOOTH HAS BROKEN.HE HAS TOLD ME THE TREATMENT AS-

We have purchased Haldiram Thandai 2 day before Holi from Reliance Fresh.
The bottle when open had content that could not move. We tried shaking as per instruction, its still not moving.
We complain to customer care, they have taken details of complain and also taken residence address on 15Mar2012.
I am waiting they will take corrective action....

I purchased one packet of bhel puri on 12/02/2012 with a batch No. (13)C packed on Dec/11, while the same I was eating after prepared found that one Iron screw in my mouth. I am sure the same was in the packet.

I was very surprised rather too much upset, I am having the packet along with screw with me. I also launched the complaint today at the[protected].

I have written a mail at [protected]@haldiram.com on 13/02/2012 followed with a reminder on 17/02/2012, how "BESHARAM" they are no response from their end till writing teh complaint thru forum
