I have bought milk 2 in 1 Sweet of 250/- rupees from haldiram Bhujiawala. But the product expired already.

I had purchased Kesar ladu and Modak worth Rs. 2040/- from Kolkata VIP road branch. The kesar laddu's were not fresh and having a bad smell. Regarding the Modak, salesman convinced me that there are fillings with dry fruits in it but there were no such fillings in it.

I ordered chola bhatura at Haldiram, season mall, Magarpatta, pune. But instead of choley they are serving channa here that too was cold. Please look into this matter

While chewing soan papdi of haldiram i was not able to chew it properly then i realised something plastic like thing and when I took it out of my mouth it was actually a plastic inside the soan papdi .This is very disheartening to believe at first place since haldiram was always my first choice whenever I'm buying something to eat but this incident has broke my trust deeply because if any child would have eaten it he/she might be got chocked which could have even lead to more serious complications.

I am a regular customer of haldiram but today I am very much disappointed by very cheap and rude behavior of the sales person no 444 at the Haldiram retails shop at indira Gandhi international airport terminal 3, Delhi Opposite boarding gate no 17 on 25th August 2:39 am. I would like to suggest you please appoint a well mannered sales person specially at the airport haldiram’s counter because a prestigious company should be careful about the bad manners of theirs employees misbehavior toward the respected customers this can be dangerous to the company prestige and image.

The product you are selling as rasmalai in tins is actually just different version of rasogulla. I ordered it n to my utter surprise instead of rasmalai I see rasogullas inside.This is cheating. I paid 210 Rs for it.
Why sell rasogulla in the name of rasmalai

The product prabhuji moong dal, has sold a packet packet without any item in it. This is very unprofessional of a reputed company.

I bought haldiram dry fruit laddoo from kharadi Pune 14, but there are besan laddoo in it. After calling haldiram customer care they are not ready to file complaint. 250gm Haldiram dry fruit laddoo. Batch no: 22L/168.

Haldiram team, I have observed today jeera and till in Pancharatn Mix ( Farali mix chiwda ), how should we eqt such items in Upwas or in shravan, I will communicate to all members not to each such things in Upwas or Shrawan

I have purchased Soan papdi from a local shop owner in Jaitpur, Badarpur New Delhi amounting to Rs. 210/- to gift it to one my relative. When my relatives opened the pack it was all filled with ants. They were inside the plastic packing some of them has died and some of them was alive and crawling out of the soan papdi's. The soan papdi was not edible at all. My entire money as well as my reputation all got wasted. and i was shocked that the manufacturing date on the packet was 7th of June, 2022.. the day I am writing the complaint is 5th of July, 2022, it's not been even a month. When I asked the shop owner to give me compensation he refused and asked me to file the complaint. i want full refund and compensation for the issues i faced.

Please Look into the matter. As a very loyal customer of Haldiram's, it was the first time my trust on this brand is reduced. I have attached the photos for your reference

I ordered chole bhature from haldiram. Both chola and bhatura were stale and cold. It became very difficult to eat. Never expected this sort of service from Haldiram.

Bought sweets from Haldiram Located in Eco park. The MRP was 120rs for tin rasagulla. But they charged more than that of MRP. They charged GST after the MRP rate. MRP is 120 they charged 130 for 1 tin. 720 rs MRP value. But they charged me 780rs. I paid through online for 6 tins. But the worker cancelled my order and over charged and paid by cash payment. I bought 60 boxes of Haldiram Laddu on the 'Pahela Baisakh'/ 15 th April, 2022 from a shop of my town Nabadwip under Nadia district. Then I discovered that there is no price and Date tag on each box. I asked the shopkeeper. He replied that at this time of enormous production this tag becomes absent on the box. The tag will be printed by Haldiram on other months. I believed him and took those. But I astonished when I bought the same from a shopping mall of nabadwip on same day. There was price and Date tag on the box. Now, I think that was I cheated? Was the material duplicate? Please help me out of this so that I can buy my favorite Laddu in future without any hesitation.

Sir i want to inform you regarding the poor treatment that the people are getting from the staff and specially the manager of the haldiram bujiyawala located in Muzaffarpur, bihar. I ordered a raj kachori and told the guy to pack it and he didnt pack it separately which they normally did, but instead they packed the kachori and dahi together. I told them the kachori will melt till i get home but they told me it will not . And when I reached home it was all done for. Nothing was there to eat except curd and melted kachori and when i went for the complain the manager just told me bluntly that u are lying and it was not our mistake. Is this what haldiram stands for, even small restro and cafe treat there customers with more courtesy than this.

The delivery boy taking extra money and not given full items so i call the head no. [protected]
He said my money give me by delivery boy but so many days after when I call that no.[protected]
He not accepting my call. I call 4-5 time last two-three day but he never attend my call. I canplaint my file to you 4 days before and this is my 2nd complaint file. So if you not solve my problem I complaint on consumers helpline no. Because this is a totally fraud and I stop buying haldirams products. Please sir do some goodness and care your costmors please

I have recently visited one of the outlets near Padole Square, Nagpur.
The cashier named Bhagwan Agrawal refused to take UPI payment. Is there any rule from Haldiram not to take UPI payments??
