Haldiram Bhujiawala — Refund of Payment done by Paytm | |
I wish to bring to your attention that on 31 Aug 2021, I purchased items worth Rs864 at your outlet in T3 terminal, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Newdelhi. Initially i made payment on Paytm and the amount was deducted from my account (paytm slip attached). However, the cashier Ms Arti told me that the amount is not recieved. She told that in case the amount is deducted, it would be reversed within 24 hrs. So, i made payment by cash (reciept attached). However, it has been 02 weeks, and the amount has not been refunded. I even spoke to Mr Vikram who is the supervisor and he informed that he is awaiting further clarification from accounts section and later admitted that it will be refunded. Proofs of above are attached below for your reference. There has been response to my mails sent at [protected]@haldiram.comSo please resolve the matter as soon as possible and refund the amount immediately.
