i have complaint about taking unauthorized charges for video bar which has been subscribed on my no. without my permission.5 rs per 5 days r still deducting 4 rm my mobile balance.
i want to unsubscribe this video bar.
i am complaining because i had sent many times message 4 unsubscribe this service by typing UNSUBVIDEOBAR to 55678.
but they only charge money to sent that message unless o[censored]nsubscribing it.

I had the same prob...just go here http://www.pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx and logde a complaint...they took action in 3 days and refunded my money

unnecessary charges

The company wap.handygo.com is charging me rs. 15 for animation which I have not downloaded. Frequently my mobile balance cut rs. 15 . So pleas stop this and deactivate the service from the number [protected].

    Sir I am being charged Rs 30 per month by this service and I have not subscribed to this service. Its messages says to deactivate this service send sms UNSUBVIDEOBAR to 55678 and every time I am charged rs.2 for it. It always shows temporary problem and service is not deactivated. My cell no. is [protected]. So kindly take action and stop this service

      please unsubscibe from handygo fever offer from bsnl.i get sms very often saying that it will be renewed and 8rupees gets cut from my account.has happened 9-10times now inspite of complaining to customer care no response has been received.

        form last three week a link wap.hadygo.com charging me Rs.8.00 for using there services on my mobile no.[protected] but i have never opted there services and never use this link.On there sms no 55678 i have send 15 sms to stop this service in two days on every sms they charged me Rs.2.00 and reply that temporary problem !! pls try after some and not discontinue this subscription i have lost Rs 54.00 and having headache because of this people. I have also try to BSNL call center on No.1503 but they also not attend the call pls stop this services immediately

        BSNL handygo.com — unwanted download charges

        I am the mobile holder of BSNL and my mobile No. is [protected] from last three weeks a link wap.handygo.com by no.[protected] charging me Rs.8.00 for using there services but i have not opted for this services and on there sms no.55678 i have submitted 15 times to UNSUBFEVER but each time they charges Rs.2.00 for each sms and reply that Temporary problem !! pls try after some tine i have also try at base call cetre on no.1503 but never attendant my call please discontinue this subscription immediately.I have having loss of Rs.54.00 without using any services.

          wap service — unnecessary deduction of charges

          every twice a day a message comes from 64611010 saying that a RS 10 was charged for using WAP Service on Airtel Live which im not using it at all...so plz help me to stop deducting my balance unnecessarily and stop sending this messages.

              I am a BSNL customer. My mobile number is [protected](Karnataka). I got the message from 58888 that Your Sub Model of the Day will be renewed on 12/12/10 &.To Unsub click here http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=744 but given URL could not be opened.I have complained about this earlier to custmer care but still problem not solved. Now i request you to kindly stop the daily SMS to me from http://wap1.indiatimes.com/wapsub.html?t=subwapmodel30&p=dd&a=1..And also cancel my account in "wap.india times.com".

              i have not subscribed any service from wap.handygo.com still i get notifications from[protected] daily and my balance is deducted without any usage. i have complained about this to the customer care for more than 15 times but no response..either resolve this problem and return the amount deducted or i'll register a complaint against BSNL in consumer forum and this non-sense site too if i get no response of my complaint from BSNL in 2 or 3 days...

              BSNL,Haryana — unnecessary deduction of Re 1 per day

              A sum of Re 1 is being deducted daily from my mobile no.[protected] since a long time.and the fact is that I hav never subscribed for any of such services.I have made complaints repeatedly on the toll free no. of BSNL and on BSNL complaint portal Ambala (Haryana).But no favourable step has been taken by the concerned authorities in this regard.I request you to make up for my lost account through such worthless services.

              I regard your commercial thinking but thrice a time I have sent you sms for unsubscribe the service provided by you on my mobile number [protected] (BSNL Haryana). The service I never subscribed or used by me on my mobile or PC so please now discontinue it on my mobile because every month it cost me Rs 30 which is considerable amount for me. I also tried to unsubscribe the service by my mobile but there was a massage that to know more visit wap.handygo.com
              So please now unsubscribe the services provided by you.
              I hope you will see the matter seriously. If this time you deduct the amount I will have to go consumer court.

                    It is observed that amount of Rs.25/- has been deducted from my account for the services which were not opted by me.It is requested and warned to credit the above amount to my BSNL no [protected] within twenty four hours failing which I'll be forced to file a complain in consumer forum on 29/08/2011 also warned not to send such messages on my both the numbers ([protected], [protected]).

                      25.01.2011 12.56p.m Rs.30/-. so please stop the messages from

                      wap.handygo.com - I was nbeen charged Rs.30 every month instead of sending so many massages asking to unsubvideobar, but still every month they are deducting the same. mean time I have sent messages so many time to 55678 to unsubvideobar service but in turn i am receiving that Temporary service problem asking to try again. So many messages have sent but no result. pl co operate

                      I am not opted the service from wap.handygo.com but repeatedly sending messages and charging.I had lodged complaints at customer care and BSNL Villupuram and they say service was closed on 18.12.2010.but on 19.12.2010 I was again charged Rs.8/- This is 10th time such deduction has been done.so stop the messages from wap.handygo.com and stop the charging on my mobile within 3 days duly intimating the same to me otherwise necessary action on wap.handygo.com.in consumer court will be taken with cost and damages.                       I didn't opted for any service of wap.handygo.com, even then Rs.8/- are being deducted once a month from my account. So kindly stop the charging on my mobile [protected].
                      Do take necessary action on wap.handygo.com & refund me the same amount. For your kind information Rs.16/- has been charged to my no. till date and the last charge date was 06/05/2011.

                      In spite of our repeated sms as well as a letter sub mitted to ur. office at KODAMPAKKAM IN PERSON on 16-05-12 stating both my cell No:- [protected] & [protected] I am receiving the message & renewal charges of Rs. 5/ every fifth day. When ever I get the message I send UNSUBVIDEOBAR notice as per ur. norms which cast Rs. 2/ I am not opted this service. Wen this message is sent ur. not to charge .Your requested to take suitable action immediately with out any further delay from ur. end. Hop I will not get any message as well as further detection in this regard.

                      I have yesterday posted my complaint. But no action has been taken from ur. end. Today also I received the same message stating that my subscribing video bar at 19612 05:34 pm valid till 24612. In this connection I visited ur. Arcord Rd., office at Kodampakkam and submitted a letter. What is the use of doing all this. Ur. requested to take immediate action with out fail.

                      i got 3 sms from +[protected] and it reads as "thanks for downloading this wallpaper, You have been charged Rs.10 at 10:17PM on 04/09/2013.For more downloads log on wap.handygo.com." after this message i lost Rs.30/- and also i didnt receive any wallpaper at all

                      The site wap.Handygo.Com is charging me rs/- 15 for animation which i have not downloaded. Frequently rs /- 15 is charged it says rs 15.00: dndl- animation_ wap-handygo.
                      So i request that they imidiatly stop looting people

                        My No. is [protected], By oversight video bar service was activated and they have charged Rs.30 for it and every month its continues. I have sent so many messages to 55678 to UNSUBVIDEOBAR but in vain I have been receiving only the same saying Tempoary service not in use and asking to try again, so many messages have sent by losing Rs.2 per sms. Kindly pl. do the needful to unsub the service. I humble request the partners BSNL to look into the same.
