For pnr no[protected]. I have lodged a complaint about other passengers drinking and conductor misbehaving with unbearable bus condition. We deboarded the bus before ujjain and had a tough time reaching our destination. Ever since all the attempt to contact customer care has been embarrassing. Customer care has no regards and not a single reply to my email. Me and my wife are willing to go to the court for the damage they have caused us. I urge them to respond because we had to go through a great ordeal to reach home on festival, caused us a great amount of suffering all night. The most unprofessional service we have ever encountered
