Very worst journey in my life in hans travels.
Ac not working, tv dismal, switches also disgusting.
Very bad service, we don't want to again journey in hans travels.

Driver and conductor also bad behavior.

Second time, we have done journey in hans travels and experience very bad

2 Dec 2017, seat 15, from Delhi to Indore, booked by Aman Singh Patiyal, bus operator baat on call, tried calling him 20 min. waiting on Akshardham metro station to be picked up, did't showed up, did't pick calls, due to which I missed my bus.
