I got two air tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata for Indigo airlines for 30th September, 2022 from app Happyeasygo . The order I'd for the same is[protected] and booking date is 2nd May, 2022.
However, due to a family emergency I had to cancel the tickets on 24th September, 2022. The app said that I will receive the refund amount between 45-90 days. It's been more than 90 days today and I'm yet to receive the refund amount. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address but have not received any response from them. I have also called their customer care number but it is always switched off. I called Indigo customer service and they confirmed that the refund amount was already released to HappyEasy go on 3rd October, 2022 itself. Request you to please help me with the refund.
