It's been around 1 month but they've not refunded my amount though airlines has already refunded full amount on 23/NOV/2022 as my flight ticket was fully refundable. I want my full amount to be refunded to the original source of payment as soon as possible. As the happy easy go customer care numbers are switched off and they are not responding through their given email id though i have sent many emails but no response.

Happy easy go is a fraud airlines booking and I am surprise it is still allowing to book the tickets and there is no action taken against them

    The below flight was cancelled by the airline in the end of August 2022. I have received confirmation from airlines that they refunded the money to Happyeasygo in early September.
    Despite my several attempts to get my refund for this ticket, I've not received my money even after 90+ days.
    Now, we are not even able to reach them on any of the customer support numbers. They are not even responding to our emails.

      I am booking a ticket with order number[protected] and PNR number ZMI4PS (Guwahati-Cochin). From the above ticket, I cancelled one of the passenger ticket with PNR/Booking Reference with IndiGo (JWYGQM) on 18th November, 2022. According to IndiGo, they refunded 11, 449 rupees to the travel booking partner or travel agent. However, there has been no word from Happy EasyGo. I am attaching some of the documents related to the above issue.

        I had made a Airline ticket booking through HappyEasyGo on September 07 Sep 2022 under full refund offer. I had to cancel the ticket and customer care executives of HappyEasyGo have confirmed that the full refund would be initiated in 10 days. Now it’s been more than 100 days and they have still not refunded my money. I have done several follow ups, however, only getting automated response from them that we are looking into this.

          Have booked a ticket from there website on 11/12/2022 from banglore to New Delhi and a sum of rs6040/- was been deducted from my account and I dint receive a ticket from there end. Even after trying to get to their customer care I could not get through it and it was of no use. I request you to help me get my amount refunded

            Had booked a ticket online through there website from banglore to New Delhi on 11/12/2022 and the amount of 6040/- was been debited from my card and I dint receive a ticket from there end. I tried reaching out to the company on n no., But it is of no use. This is a bloody fake company where they are cheating and looting people for no reason. Plz help me get back my refund amount.

                  I have booked my ticket from happyeasygo from patna to delhi on GoAir.

                  On the first attempt the payment was failed and ticket not booked.

                  I have booked another ticket using the same portal 2nd time and this time the payment was deducted from my account but ticket was showing in cancelled status.

                  i raised a request for refund on customer care but as they said your amount will get refunded in in 7 day's.

                  Since the ticket was not booked in second attempt as well i booked ticket from patna to delhi from another website for flight Indigo.

                  i was on the patna Airport and the announcement was made by GoAir as they have called my name also for final Departure. i was confused. the ticket which i booked for GoAir from HappyeasyGo portal it was cancelled i have a indigo confirm ticket then why they are calling my name.
                  I went on GoAir HelpDesk and asked to match my cancelled ticket PNR to just confirm it was me or some other passenger are travinning with same name.
                  The PNR number are same as they happyeasygo Given me. i asked GoAir Helpdesk guys. i have not received any email or message from GoAir even HappyeasyGo for this Journey.
                  Then he said there are 7 more passenger are trevenning on the Same PNR. i get another shock. how it can be possible.

                  They said you number and email are not mentioned in the ticket that's why you have not received any confirmation email.

                  The GoaAir help desk guys said Ask the agent for refund from where you have booked the ticket.

                  Als there are no customer support are reachable which they have provided in Portal. they are just looting the customer.

                  there are no any escalation matrix and even no customer support support number are working to raise or escalate the complain.

                      Hi,
                      I had booked a ticket on 5th Nov from Banglore to Bhubaneswar for date of journey on 12th Nov through HappyEasyGo app..My order ID is[protected]. Due to my personal issue i cancelled that ticket by indigo airline and was confirmed by them the full amount Rs 4367.00 refunded to the HappyEasyGo has been completed. But HappyEasyGo they are giving my refunded amount to me its been a more than1 month if i call their customers care the number are not working even i did lots of mail to them nt even getting a single response from them.please take a strong legal action them. They are harassing people keep doing fraud.

                        Money deducted from account but tickets not received neither refund received

                        My order id is[protected]
                        I booked two tickets from PAT- BLR yesterday at around 3 pm. The money got deducted from my account and it said I shall recieve my tickets within an hour. Its the next day and I still haven’t recieved any ticket or any refund for my order. I got a message saying refund is approved but no money was refunded.
                        I tried calling every given number of HEG on the internet, two email ids, twitter...

                        I had booked a flight with cancellation protection through happyeasygo from Patna to Bangalore flying on 3rd September 2022.
                        I've cancelled the flight on 1st September 2022 and I was said that I'll get the refund amount in next 10-15 days. I waited for 15 days and again checked with their customer care then they told it'll be refunded in 45-90 days. Even after completing 90 days I didn't get my refund.
                        Now, they are not replying to my email and also, their helpline numbers are switched off.

                          On 10dec 2022 at 2:32 I booked a room in hotel golden tulip via happyeasy go web with complete payment and received the confirmation mail as well from Happyeasygo, During my checkin date hotel staff denied me to checkin and said we don’t have any booking for your name as well as confirmation number not approved by our end.
                          Please help to solve my issue and initiate a amount asap.

                          Got message from Happyeasygo about refund amount will be credit in 5-7 days but got today itself . I have done email continuously on same email associated with booking confirmation.
                          HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Amount has been refunded but suggest to use good named websites or before use do some research.
                          Learned from this incident but thanks for for help.

                          I had also booked my flight using this app and flight got cancelled through the airline. I'm waiting for my refund from last 3 months. Can you suggest what should I do to get my money back?

                            I have not got my refund amount yet. They are totally fraud. I have made a case file against them. You have to take legal action in HappyEasyGo company.automatically they do marked as resolved without refunding the amount.

                              I booked two tickets first in 12 dec then on 11 dec both of which they cancelled and left me with no other option. Don't refund my money yet and while on calling on the customer numbers they are either switched off or invalid. I had proof if everything from transaction received by them successfully to transaction id, ref id, collect id, order id send by them in my respective email and still nit responding well when contacted through email.

                                I booked teh ticket from del to mumbai on 1 Sept through this site and cancelled it. It was full refund ticket. Its been 3 months they have not provided me refund . their phone number does not work. they do reply on emails. Ticket is not visible on their site now.

                                      I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Patna but it was rescheduled so I opted for cancellation. I have not got the refund yet. Airlines has initiated refund but still I have not received my money
