    I am writing this letter to bring to your notice my grievance with regards to the delivery of Infinity Glide N 120 which was ordered in the month of October Upon the delivery, I have discovered that the product is damaged.I contacted Harman Via Whtsapp and phone call on 13 January 2021 they told me to damage the product(cut the product in the middle and make it use less). I followed all the protocols of the company . Next day I recieved a message that your product is ready to dispatch but till date i didn't received a single message about the tracking id of my product .I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service number for your company who insist that there is nothing they can do as the blame ought to reside in the other departments(Delivery Department).
    Could you please deep dive into the issue and let me know the reason for this problem. I must say, I am utterly disappointed with this kind of quality being delivered to me. I had chosen JBL due to its on-time delivery services and a class apart quality. But this issue has quite disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from Harman Jbl Infinity.

      I bought an infinity soundbar Cinebar w200 in march 2021 . The subwoofer stopped working in october itself. I filed a complain regarding the same on 21st oct . The technician came and ordered the required part after inspection on 24th october. Since then, There has not been any repair done . My soundbar is still non-functional after 1.5 months of the complaint. Everytime I call them they say that the part has not reached the technician yet. I deeply regret buying this product and very disappointed with the pathetic service being offered. But now that I am already suffering, I want the product to be repaired at least.

            Hi,

            I have JBL sound bar 2.1 with subwoofer.
            Subwoofer has a power failure issue and the complaint was raised on[protected]. Reference no . MH-C[protected].
            The service guy has collected the powerpart and has raised an order for power part.
            It is more than a month time Subwoofer is not being repaired.
            Last year same problem with soundbar. and they took almost 8months to repair the soundbar.
            JBL has problem with Parts shortage.
            Requesting to resolve at the earliest.

              Infinity Harman is a valuable brand in our Indian consumers. I bought Infinity Harman Glide 120 wireless In ear Headphone Black & Red in July 2021. Now its right side of ear is not audible.Then after some days left side are also not work . We are going to particular shop to complaint against this item but he says he couldn't any replacement you are going to complaint to customer care.                 Infinity glide 120

                My product is under warranty infinity glide 120 Bluetooth earphones since it was not charging I took to nearby Jbl service center, after examining the earphones they said they will replace the product in 7 working days but immediately the next day they called and said that my product is damaged by me in the left ear bud. They are lying as they don't want to replace. The earphones were new and both ear buds perfectly fine when I gave them....

                  I have bought JBL earphones, the product got effect within one year. It was under warranty so I have submitted my damaged product to the JBL service center for replacement at the beginning of August. Service center put wrong address and mobile no. It's been more than 1.5 months since I have not received my product, it's the end of September now. Every time I called them they made false promises. Company tact time is 7 days to deliver the product and now its been more than 1.5 months and still, they are lying. Please help.

                    I have purchased JBL 5.1 sound bar in the month of March 2021 and have been facing issues with connectivity and have raised a complaint about the same. The technician visited the next day, but it’s been one month and my issue has not been resolved. I’ve been constantly sending mails and they keep pushing me around. Complaint number 08656672 and 08602021

                      My soundbar 5.1 has been dead for more than 2 months now. Raised complaint several times. Have called customer care more than 30 times. Have called the technician more than 30 times. Worst service ever. Whenever I call Customer care, they promise to solve my issue in 48hours and they tell me shift in charge will call me. No one calls.

                      Harman is making a fool out of me and wasting my time. I have no option left but to go to consumer court.

                          Hlo, sir i have registered a complaint about my defected product on 26 april 2021.i was having infinity fuze 700.it begin to make cracked sound after 8 months o[censored]se.i was having 1 year warranty so i registered complaint and they took my product from my home on 28 april 2021 and said to me that it would take 21 days for replacement.after 5 to 10 days when they received my product they try to tell me that it would take more time due to lockdown.i begin to wait till lockdown ends.when lockdown ends they try to harass me by saying wait for 24 hours and try to give fake truth words that we appreciate your patience.sir today is 28 august i have not received my product yet.please help me sir.

                            The right of the product is not working and approached the service centre they ask for the box/packaging which I think 99 percent of the buyers don't keep.
                            It's totally illogical to ask for the box while submitting the product for servicing.

                                Am dr Ratheesh from trivandum Kerala. I purchased 2.1 wireless subwoofer jbl 300 model in 30.12.2020. And on march 2021 its subwoofer is not working properly.. I send a mail in jbl customer service and complaint cell .. nobody is responding and last 3 months I regularly calling and no one is responding. Very bad service and I posted the my grievances is many social medias that pls don't take jbl products and customer will not get service...

                                    I have bought Infinity fuse 700 blue tooth speaker and from day 1 it has sound cracking issue once we want to play bass music it automatically switched off. So I did complained and my product was replaced. again the same issue did persist hence I lodged a complaint and this product was replace once again. But all labor was in vain, as this replaced product is having same issue. I think harman infinity is a useless brand charging 5K and we even cannot play music with bass. Really worthless...I will never recommend my near and dear ones for Harman. instead I would go for Boat which offers great value & much better in less price.

                                      This is regarding my complaint No. KL-E[protected].to harman India
                                      I purchased spin 150 infinity earbuds, as an offer from dell india, during purchase of vostro 14 3401 laptop. The offer price was Rs 499.
                                      It was found one of the ear buds not working. So I contacted harman India customer care on 1-7-2021. I was told to upload the invoice of the purchase. I uploaded the same on 3-7-2021.in their whatsapp. But there was no response. On 7th July 21, i contacted the customer care again, and was told to upload jpeg image of the invoice. I did as I was told. But there was no response for two days. Again I contacted customer care. I was told to upload once again.
                                      I uploaded the jpeg image of invoice.
                                      Now I am told as reply from whatsapp that the uploaded invoice is edited and upload original.
                                      I contacted the customer care and said that what I uploaded is original issued by Dell india.

                                      I would like state that what I uploaded is one sent by Dell india through email. I have received the item by post but invoice I received through email.

                                      If any doubt regarding the genuineness of the invoice harman India can varify it from Dell india offers.
                                      20 days passed since I registered a complaint, but a proper solution is not yet received for repair process of the ear buds.
