My infinity JBL glide N120 is discharging within an hour of getting fully charged. Also, on charging it again gets fully charged within 10-15 mins of plugging in. this same cycle continues. It's just 9 months of buying it from Flipkart. Kindly resolve it soon.

    Hi,

    I have brought JBL SOUNDBAR 51BLKEP around 8 months back, but recently since 2 months middle main speaker is not working because of which no sound. I have raised the complaint on 13-July-2021. Here is the ticket no. TS-C[protected] for the complaint raise.But after that I have called the customer care for multiple times but no response or any update on the repair or replacement of the product. I brought this costly product for better experience and service, but no update till date or when it will be repaired/replaced. Even the service person who came to home not picking up the call. There should be some update regularly if delayed. No information till date means that I feel cheated for buying such a costly product. I felt this is the last resort or else I'll escalate to consumer forum or court if proper action is not taken.

    I really repent for buying this product that too JBL brand. I expected JBL to be well reputed branch and will have good experience buying this product, but now I deeply repent for buying this product and suggest other not to buy in future. I raised my complaint on 12-Jun-2021 and made multiple calls to customer support more than 8 times but every time listen same answer wait for one more week. If JBL can't support or repair a product that when its in warranty then why do they sell the product in first place. I feel cheat by JBL brand, customer care and management after listening the same answer without solving my problem. Even I asked for replacement, they its repairable then why its not being repair. If Harman/JBL are not capable to handle or support a product don't sell such a costly product and cheat the customer.

    after multiple complaints nothing helped to resolved. Then raised the complaint to CEO of JBL through their portal, then I saw some traction. But felt that they themselves are not sure who is coordinating the raised complaint. Finally it got resolved after raising the complaint to CEO.

      I BUY IT FROM AMAZON ON OCTOBER, 2020 but after just 8 months the left side of this stopped working... it was really very frustrating...I want this jerk thing to be replaced and refunded...

        I dropped a complaint about my JBL Charge 3 loudspeaker. On 27.05.2021 I received a WhatsApp confirmation of this complaint with the "Complaint#TN-E[protected]" and the request to "please reply to this message with the Invoice/Bill/Proof of Purchase".
        After providing this proof of purchase, again via WhatsApp, I received the confirmation of that proof and the remark that "It is on hold due to incomplete/incorrect address... The pickup and repair would take 21 working days upon receiving the information..."
        After clarifying about the address, I didn't hear back from them via WhatsApp, even though I kept asking.
        On 06.06.2021, I received a confirmation via auto-generated email to "check in case you need any further assistance". I replied immediately, asking "Did you receive the information you were asking for from me about my address?", but never heard back again!
        Instead, the same auto-generated email dropped in my mailbox again on 19.06.2021 and on 22.06.2021, without any reaction to my original request about clarification about the address or if the problem is being addressed or solved. In the last email, it even says: "you will receive one last notification confirming that the issue is resolved." How come there is no real communication happening? Nobody replied to my emails or WhatsApp messages except at the very beginning. And now the problem is supposed to be solved? The loudspeaker needs to be picked up and serviced because it has a distorted sound!
        BTW: The email conversation is done under the subject: "Harman International Case # 08129946: distorted audio issue"; the WhatsApp communication runs over "Complaint#TN-E[protected]".
        Looking forward to hearing back in a professional way.

          I purchased this product 2018 I facing problem lost 2 years I raise compliant 3 to 4 times they send the person they charged vising charges all the time after the no update give to me they close the ticket now I again call them now they said this product is end of life product so not able to service this product...I ask them why are you sell the product with out service back up...no answer from them...I don't know what to it's near about 40k...I saw lots of compliments in internet with same issue

            I buy a headphone infinity tranz 300 4 months ago.after 4 months that one not working properly.i complain and they send me a disputed Glide 120 again i complain on 31st may.but still now they didn't replace it. Please do needful.

                My infinity glad 120 Bluetooth earphones speaker cover remove automatically. If we try to remove left side earphones. Earphone speaker cover also come out. We not try to stuck because of my product is under warranty

                        My product E-Square mini has been with you since from 4 feb 2021 and after that i have done dozens of mails and calls for the follow off and every time your team is cheating me and giving false statements and commitments .

                        I have also paid for the two way courrier and service charges in advance with the product but neither of your executives are turning on the prompt reply for the processing and still i am waiting for my repaired product.

                        What type of working culture you are having in Herman in which you guys are cheating customers by taking all payments in advance and neither replying nor repairing them from 2 and half months.

                        Now I have decided to go to the consumer forum to register the complaint against your ferm.

                            I have purchased AVR 151S (5in1 ampl) from Dubai in 2019. Now it is out of warranty. The system is going to protection when I try to switch on the product. I have registered a complaint with Harmon kardon service last week. They said they will send the service technician in 7 days. Tdy they called and informed me that they cannot do the service.                               I would like to address my headphones issue. I brought JBL C50HIBLK wired in ear headphones in aug-2020. Now while I tried to connect that headphone to my mobile it gets disconnect if I move in slightly. And because of that My calls or songs automatically gets muted or pause. I think it's connect getting loose. I would like to request you to take immediate action as it is in warranty period and it is yet to complete 1 year still it is giving me issue. I hope you can understand my urgency and take immediate action

                                I have purchased JBL T460BT in the month of September'20. It has stopped working in the month of Dec'20. I had contacted Harmon customer care. They advise me to break the product and send them pictures along with invoice details. They confirmed to me, a replacement will be sent.
                                I have still not received a replacement yet. Last 3 months around 50 times i contacted customer care, every time they assured it will addressed in one week but no action.

                                  I order a earbud and made payment through payu gateway after successful payment i didn't get any response from your side.then I call customer care number and they told me your payment was unsuccessful and u contact to payu for refund then I contact payu and confirmed that payment was successful and it credited to jbl India ac then I send that confirmations email to jbl India. that was the matter of 17 Jun 2020 till now I didn't receive single penny what a great fraud? My order no is RE: Issue of refund against JB-IN00323260 .I am still waiting for your response thanks
