Harman India — worst support | |||
Dear team, I have raised complaint regarding my sb150 sound bar on 16-sep-2019 with jbl customer service (Harman india). Since my soundbar is under warranty. It was purchased on 28-dec-2018 from flipkart. Issue: not powering on. Sr no: "ka-c[protected]". Technician from harman india visited home on 23- sep-2019 & found power supply adapter issue. He has taken the adapter to service center & confirmed within 3 days we will fix the issue. It’s been almost 2 week i have raised the complaint, but no resolution. I have attached my invoice copy, screenshot of complaint registration & copy of customer acknowledge slip. Hereby requesting to get it resolve the existing product or give the replacement.
