The last purchase code g1 17:32 099 purchased on 12 april 2019 having expiry till 1 april is smelling of some chemical
I wish to inform you and check on the issue

We have been using it's bread for many many years now. But for the past 1 year, we find a peculiar taste in bread, maybe of chlorine, which doesn't taste good and spoils the meal. We found this issue long back but thought it might be some particular lot which went wrong. This was not the case. We kept trying it for months again, but that bad odour and taste still remains. We have now switched to other brands like english oven. Please check the quality of the bread.

Hi! My name is prikshit. I am from dehradun. I usually purchased your brown bread. Today, i purchased ypur company brown bread from one of my local shop, but the product that they are selling is not genuine. There is not golden harvest cellotape on the top.. Just normal tape... No mark of golden harvest. I ask with him why you are selling this product he suddenly become rude. This is something that consumer do not want... My name is sumit and i have a shop in new panchwati, ghaziabad with the name of arora confectionery.
Since 2015 i m running this shop and till then i m requesting to the supplier to provide me harvest bread to sell on the shop.
However he (Name - vimal chohan) is making the excuses. So i talked to the supervisor and he (Anil kataria) assured me that from now bread will be delivered on time, but after few days vimal again stopped supplying bread. It happened many times during 3 years. Now it's enough.
So i m requesting u to please show me the right path and made a complain.

I'm complaining about the multiple dealer in same city, but they are not able to fulfill the requirements for my grocery store and our work suffer badly because they have distributed the city in their own way and both of them are not having full variety so that also affects your sale. This acts makes other brands more convenient to us but we are selling it for a long time and moreover we don't want to convert harvest coustmer to another brand, please do something for you and your company.

I purchased few days back harvest gold bread which was eaten by rat & that was rolled out in market to consumer for consumption even representative visited but said i will provide you two bread & one bun packet please close this case.

I have purchase 2 set of bread from chawla department opposite to my poket, sec 24 rohini new delhi opposite to delhi public school. The bread was giving such unpleasant smell while cooking that one we cant express it and one of the family mate has gone from loose motion. But the main point is that the bread cqn be used by 2 days more. So hoping for an early response from ur side

Yesterday in morning when i was having my breakfast i noticed fungus on harvest wheat bread and when i checked rest of the pieces they were all having fungus and the strange thing was fungus was on only one side which was not visible from outside of packet after that i checked the use by date on the packaging its 27 july 2017, i took some photographs and made a video of it and i am also having the harvest packet with me. I also tried to contact the number[protected] mentioned on the harvest packet but it is out of service, i never expected such ignorance by this brand. I request u to give my money back or i post a complain on the consumer court my number is [protected]

I brought harvest gold 100% whole wheat bread of rs28 of 450g and in the back side of this pack is written that it contain 16 serving per pack but i count all the slices and i found that it contain only 14 slices.

O i request you that many citizen of this country are having trust on you so dont spoil that trust.

I have purchased white bread of harvest gold on 21st July from Mayur Vihar Phase-1. On opening I have found black colour on 2 slices of bread. regardless of this my son has ate 2 slices which was good without consulting me. Immed. in the morning itself I called up their customer care and informed them regarding the black colour. Even I have sent an e-mail with photographs to them. Telephonically they assured me that next day they will sent their representative to find out why it is so. But to my surprise no one has visited, nor there is any action on this. 25th July is the expiry of the product. It seems to be the Harvest Gold people are taking the things very litly. Kindly advice where I can escalate this matter so that in future this should not happen to others.

Hi, I purchased bread which was having expiry date as 20Juy2015. Today, we ate almost all bread except last 2-3 with 2 of my small kids (4 yrs & 10 years) but surprisingly we found two breads with fungus (PFA). I am very concerned and furious by seeing this kind of quality from a reputed company like yours. I wanted to share this with all my friends on social networking site but before that I wanted about your quality check as I am very much concern for my kids health and will have to be very careful for next 2-3 days due to this fungus in bread. This is to bring to your notice that Sunday morning I Purchased Harvest Gold white bread from sector-13 Rohini Delhi. It had hairs in bread pieces and it had me sick thinking I ate bread containing hairs and I vomited . I complained about it in their corporate office Harvest Gold Industries Pvt. Ltd. I bought harvest gold sweet buns on 12 Feb 2014 with an expiry date of 15 Feb 2014 (bar code number[protected]. After applying butter and jam to the bun, I gave them to my daughters. I was shocked when my daughter told me that there was a big ant in the bun. I checked for the validity and to my horror I found an ant in it. I have preserved it and can definitely produce it to prove my case. Amongst other products I always prefer to buy HARVEST GOLD (premium quality??), because somehow I was sure about the quality. If this is the quality that is maintained at your manufacturing units then I would never want my family or friends to use your products because at the end we all want the best of things, hygienically prepared, for our family. I would want you to look into the matter and give me a satisfying reply as to why I should keep on buying your products. Concerned consumer

I purchased a Harvest Gold Bread from GARG GENERAL STORE at QU BLOCK DDA MARKET at PITAMPURA -34 on 22nd August 2012 but its usage date EXPIRED on 20th August 2012 when I went to return it to him he refused it and asked me he cannot help me about this matter and also told you can take any step against me .

I have found several broken pieces of glass in the Harvest Gold bread (mixed within the bread). Have repeatedly sent info the company but received no response from harvest Gold. Please be careful because even a small piece of glass can slit one's throat and is potentially life threatening.

Since there is no way to bring this to the notice of govt. it is best to be cautious when consuming bread. i was shocked when I found the pieces of glass in my bread.

This is in reference to the Harvest Gold’s Hearty Brown Bread that I have been using since the last one decade. This bread had been fed to me by my father and continuing with the trend, I have been feeding my 8-month old daughter with the same bread since the last two months.



Today morning, when I opened the pack of Harvest Gold’s Hearty Brown Bread to prepare breakfast for my husband, discarding the first piece, when I took out the 2nd & 3rd Slice (scanned copies of Samples attached), to my sheer disappointment, the two slices contained the miniature of the thread like substance (which resembles the piece of the cloth drying plastic string).



The Bar Code on the afore-mentioned sub-standard pack is[protected]. The relevant batch number is A015 and the expiry date is mentioned as “Best before 17/09/2009 .



“Harvest Gold” is a household name whenever we have to buy a pack of bread. I have never faced any problem since the last one decade. It is a matter of deep regret that the manufacturing plant of such a renowned company is not hygienically maintained. Moreover, the production manager and the higher authorities are not concerned about the quality of the product being manufactured and supplied to the households all over India .



I wondered what would have happened, if somebody else from the household, had fed the afore-mentioned slice(s) to my daughter.



But, after having such a bitter experience with Harvest Gold, I have no choice but to file a complaint in the Consumer Court regarding the same. I have retained the cover of the defective Bread pack. The samples of the two bread slices as well as the front as well as back cover of the pack of Harvest Gold’s Hearty Brown Bread are attached herewith for necessary action at your end.



Matter urgent needs immediate attention.
